Doug Edwards is a Managing Partner in our Charlotte Office. He specializes in
high level executive searches and consulting services working across all
aspects of an integrated supply chain. Additionally, he focuses with clients
in creating strong lean manufacturing environments at all levels. Doug
specializes in behavioral and skill assessment recruiting as well as skill
and behavioral modeling, particularly on "C" level assignments.

He has nearly 20 years experience in the executive search business nationally and internationally. Doug Edwards has published numerous articles and is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences and trade association meetings. Prior to entering executive search practice, Doug held senior executive leadership positions in the retail, third party logistics, and manufacturing industries. Education
 As a Managing Partner in DB Edwards Group, Beth manages our nationwide focus for the Retail and Retail Grocery industries. She also manages many mid-level searches in the manufacturing sector focusing on engineering, sourcing, and finance. From 1999 until co-founding DB Edwards Group, Beth managed Genesis Consulting, her own executive recruiting firm in Charlotte, NC. Prior to forming her own practice she has also held a number of regional and national contract recruiting assignments for major global corporations. Beth spent five years as the National Recruiting Coordinator for Pinkerton Services Group, a leading provider of criminal background checks and drug screening. At Pinkerton she designed, implemented, and managed their Corporate National Staffing Operations. Mrs. Edwards holds a degree in Surgical Technology and her previous medical professional experience includes; assisting surgeons in the OR, General, ENT, Ophthalmic, Urology, Orthopedics, and Plastic and Reconstructive surgery. Her post graduate work also included procedural training in cardiovascular implantable pacemakers. Beth completed postgraduate studies at Queens College, Charlotte, NC. Other educational credentials include advanced studies in applied music theory and psychology. |
